Minoru Matsumoto (松本 稔, Matsumoto Minoru) is a 3rd year shooting guard for Sannoh High.
Appearance[]
Minoru is a reasonably tall individual about 186cm (6'1). He has black buzz-cut hair with eyes of the same corresponding color. He wears jersey number 6 on the team.
Plot[]
Minoru is a sub-member at Sannoh. He came off the bench against Shohoku, replaced Ichinokura, and played in the first half. He got another opportunity to play again in the match, substituting Sawakita, who was having a bad day. In the second half, Minoru then got matched up with Mitsui, who was beginning to show signs of fatigue. Due to his efficient scoring capabilities, Minoru easily overpowered Mitsui to become the source of points for Sannoh. Minoru usually plays a guard position in the official matches but can also adapt to a power forward position if the team needs him.
Abilities[]
Minoru is a competent individual who excels in all areas of the sport. He is one of the leading point-getters on his team. Minoru would probably been the ace of Sannoh High if Eiji Sawakita did not play there.
