Synopsis[]
In the aftermath of Ryonan losing the final qualifying position for the National Championship Games, Jun Uozumi and Ryoji Ikegami retire from the basketball team, passing the team's leadership to Akira Sendoh, whom Yayoi Aida, Hikoichi Aida's older sister and a basketball magazine reporter, wants to do a report on despite her editor's refusal on the grounds that Ryonan had lost.
