Synopsis[]
Hanamichi Sakuragi blames himself deeply for Shohoku's loss against Kainan and becomes depressed. However, after a beating match against Kaede Rukawa, who tries to leviate the blame on himself, Sakuragi shaves his red head bald. This episode also introduces Kicchou Fukuda, a player on Ryonan's basketball team that was in disgrace.
