Chuichirou Noma (野間 忠一郎 Noma Chūichirō?) is one of the members of Sakuragi's Gang who is also known for having a sports mustache and he also attended Wakoh Junior High with Hanamichi Sakuragi.

Noma has a black hair that is styled like a pompadour as well as his defining sports mustache.
He is seen wearing a typical school outfit.

- The name Chuichirou means "loyalty, fidelity, faithfulness" (忠) (chu), "one" (一) (ichi) and "son" (郎) (rou).
- Chuichirou's surname Noma means "field, wilderness" (野) (no) and "while, time, interval, space, pause, chamber, room, apartment, leisure, chance, entr'acte, intervening, as" (間) (ma).
Trivia[]
- In the Filipino Dub where Akagi's voice actor, Montreal Repuyan had also provided the voice for Noma. He speaks with a suave and deeper pitch while impersonating the voice and mannerisms of former actor and former President of Republic of the Philippines, Joseph Estrada.
